Sandy Springs voters can cast ballots at three locations starting Tuesday, Oct. 13, as Fulton County opens 18 days of early voting ahead of the Nov. 3 general election.

The three Sandy Springs sites, listed on Fulton County's official elections page, are:

  • Sandy Springs Library, 395 Mount Vernon Highway, 30328 (also an absentee ballot drop box location)
  • North Fulton Service Center, 7741 Roswell Road, 30350
  • North Fulton Training Center, 5025 Roswell Road, 30342

All three sites share the same hours. Early voting runs through Friday, Oct. 30. Polls are open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.

The Nov. 3 ballot includes the governor's race and a Fulton County ESPLOST referendum, a question of whether to reimpose a 1% special sales tax for educational purposes. The ESPLOST, if approved, would raise up to roughly $2.1 billion over five years, according to the county's call for election.

Fulton County is offering 32 early voting locations countywide, as first reported by Fulton Neighbor. Seven of those sites have on-site drop boxes for returning absentee-by-mail ballots during early voting hours. Only one Sandy Springs site has a drop box: the library on Mount Vernon Highway.

The voter registration deadline for this election was Monday, Oct. 5. Voters who missed it cannot register for the Nov. 3 election. Those who are registered and prefer to vote absentee by mail must submit their application by Friday, Oct. 23. Completed absentee ballots can also be returned in person at the North Fulton Service Center on Roswell Road or at the Fulton County Government Center in Atlanta.

On Election Day, Nov. 3, voters must report to their assigned polling location, not an early voting site. The county's free Fulton Votes mobile app, available for Android and Apple devices, lists all 32 early voting sites and can help voters find their Election Day precinct.
